Registration:

Registration must be completed by January 15, 2010 at noon.

A $25.00 ticket must be purchased for each attendee.

Tickets can be paid online through EventBrite.

If LaCarte is used, you must contact your LaCarte contact at the Office of State Purchasing so they can override the restricted MCC code needed to make the purchase. Travelers must follow their agency's travel rules and regulations.

Tickets can also be paid by check made payable to Office of Risk Management and mailed to Office of Risk Management, P.O. Box 91106, Baton Rouge, LA 70821.

Check must be accompanied by registration confirmation.

Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Registration is $25 whether you attend the conference in whole or in part. No refunds will be given but substitutions can be made.
Due to limited space, all attendees must be pre-registered. Registration will not be allowed the day of the conference.
